I’ve had my LEED kit since October 2014 and recently the motor would just cut out on me after riding for only a few miles on a full charge. It’s rate for 40 miles and it did this twice. I emailed LEED about the problem and after some back and forth communications they requested I send the battery back to them. They found the problem was with the controller and replaced it and sent the battery back to me. Overall, I am very satisfied with their customer service and would definitely recommend an ebike kit from LEED. Good customer service is often overlooked or an after thought but not at LEED.
